The land that is now the Warner Reserve has been part of Texas ranch country for over a hundred years. It remained untouched — free of industrial development, wells, and pipelines — when most of its neighbors were not. That rarity is what makes it so extraordinary.

When Small Ranches acquired the property, the mission was clear: protect this land, thoughtfully plan 100 private homesites across its 1,815 acres, and build the infrastructure and resort amenities that would make it a true community — not just a subdivision.

Today, the Warner Reserve features two expansive lakes, a two-mile scenic creek, a grand clubhouse, an infinity pool, a Par 3 golf course, a skeet and trap range, pickleball and tennis courts, and miles of hiking trails — all less than 45 minutes from Dallas.
